Syncing an empty group with Mailchimp

The Mailchimp integration connects a group in LACRM to an audience or tag in Mailchimp. Learn what happens if you sync an empty LACRM group to Mailchimp here:

• If your audience or tag in Mailchimp already has subscribers, those subscribers will sync over to appear in your LACRM group. Your LACRM group will no longer be empty.
• If your audience or tag in Mailchimp does not yet have subscribers, no data will sync between LACRM and Mailchimp. Only after a contact is added to the syncing group, or a subscriber added to the audience or tag, will the data sync to the other system.
